Susan Budgell-Lyall

Susan joined Metro Property Management in 2025 after relocating from Happy Valley-Goose Bay in 2024. As our Leasing Coordinator, she is responsible for scheduling viewings, processing applications, and preparing leases for new tenants. She is also the primary point of contact for our office, whether you are calling or visiting in person.

Susan brings over 35 years of customer service experience from a major financial institution. Outside of work, she enjoys singing in a local choir and spending time with her two grandsons.
