Peter Curran
Peter Curran is endlessly optimistic. It is this trait which allowed for him to risk it all and launch Metro Property Management from the basement of his home in 2010. An electrician by trade, Peter has seen first hand what poor management can do to a home. It is his knowledge of property maintenance, along with incredible devotion and focus, that he has successfully created one of the top Property Management firms in the region. Today, Metro Property Management cares for approximately 700 units in and around the metro region.
Peter’s staff describe him as energetic, focused and driven. They will note his kind nature and willingness to create a positive work environment even in the face of adversity. His positive attitude is contagious, and his friendly nature leaves one feeling well at ease.
Erin O'Reilly
Metro Property Management welcomed Erin O’Reilly to the team in May of 2018. Erin comes from Gander and with degrees from Acadia and Saint FX University, and most recently, the Gardiner Center, has spent most of her career working with At Risk populations with a focus on housing and gradually made her segway into property management. As Manager of Operations, Erin is responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of the office and the various departments. She often acts as liaison between home-owners, tenants and staff members.

Leanne Curran Cook
Metro Property Management welcomed a third Curran sibling to fill the role of leasing coordinator this year! Leanne has filled many shoes here at Metro over the years, always there with a smile on her face – a friendly voice on the other side of the line. Leanne schedules viewings, processes applications, and mans the telephone and reception desk! With over 20 years of customer service experience there is no situation she does not approach with compassion and positive energy. Shona Barrett
Kindness, compassion, understanding are just some of the many adjectives which could be used to describe our fabulous leasing agent Shona! Born and raised in Grand Falls-Winsor, she is the sister of Metro Property Management’s Proprietor Peter Curran. Shona’s eye for detail was perfected during her studies at well known Lawrence College’s Interior Design Program. She carries her experience with property aesthetic into her work as leasing agent daily to help find our tenants their perfect homes! When she’s not being the perfect leasing agent, she is busy filling the roll of the perfect mom to her two beautiful daughters whom she loves very much.

Brenda Thorne
We welcomed Brenda to the Metro team in the summer of 2021. Brenda has an extensive background in customer service and judgement enforcement. Brenda is our tenant liaison after you move into your new rental property! Andrew Williams
Andrew joined the Metro Team in 2018 and has been laughing and joking his way through every day since! Despite his cheery disposition, there is no one more serious about providing you the best customer service. Amber Tucker
Amber first joined our team in 2019. After a year-long hiatus during which she focused on her education, we are pleased to welcome her back to the Metro Family! She studied at CNA for two years to complete her Business Administration- Accounting Diploma and is now working towards her BBA at MUN. Amber is responsible for accounts receivable, payable and all things financial!
